Request Order Cancellation

All requests can be dropped [cancelled] until they are delivered. In the event that your request has been paid and you have to change or drop it, you should reach us within 12 hours. When shipping process has begun, it can no longer be dropped.

Refund Request

Your fulfillment is our 1st need. Accordingly, you can demand a refund or reshipment for requested items if :

  • you don’t get them within the ensured time of 42 days excluding 2-multi day order processing time
  • if you get the wrong item

We don’t give refund if:

your order doesn’t arrive at your destination due to the factors within your control (for example giving the wrong shipping address)

your order doesn’t arrive because of exceptional conditions beyond our control (for example not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster).

*You can submit refund request within 15 days after the ensured period for conveyance (42 days) has expired. You can do it by communicating something specific on Contact Us page.
